Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pusun! We strive to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Below is an outline of our shipping policy.

Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept exchanges for items of equal value, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as returns by contacting us at info@pusuncanada.ca to begin the exchange.

  • Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for the item being exchanged unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Quebec and Ontario . Shipping rates for orders to the rest of Canada will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. For orders made in the USA, please contact us directly by Email, and we will process your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Processing Time

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@pusuncanada.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM on weekdays or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to modify it once the order has been placed.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available for an additional cost)

Bulk Orders

  • If you wish to purchase multiple machines, please note that shipping times will vary depending on the complexity and size of the order. We recommend contacting us at info@pusuncanada.ca to discuss estimated shipping times and any additional details before placing your order.
