Warranty Coverage

Personal Use:

• 3 year warranty on all parts (excluding battery)

• 1 year warranty on battery

Commercial Use (Clubs):

• 1 year warranty on all parts & battery

​

This warranty covers:

 

• Manufacturing Defects: Issues with materials or workmanship.

 

• Electrical Components: Malfunctions in motors, battery systems, and electronic controls under normal use.

 

• Structural Integrity: Problems with the frame, wheels, and ball chute due to manufacturing errors

• 1 Year Warranty on battery

Exclusions

 

The warranty does not cover:

 

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

 

• Normal wear and tear, including throwing wheels, batteries, and cosmetic blemishes.

 

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

 

• Damage resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or improper storage.

Warranty Claims

 

If you experience an issue with your machine during the warranty period:

 

• Contact Our Support Team: Reach out to us at info@pusuncanada.ca with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

 

• Assessment: Our technical team will evaluate the problem and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.

 

• Resolution: If eligible, we will repair or replace the defective part or machine at no cost to you. Shipping costs may apply in certain cases.

Maintenance Tips to Protect Your Warranty

 

• Regularly clean your machine to remove dirt and debris.

 

• Store your machine in a dry, cool location when not in use.

 

• Follow all usage and maintenance instructions provided in the user manual.
